It’s the end of the season, you guys…and there’s always something about the end of the season.

The beginning is always very fun and exciting.  The middle has momentum that feels like it might never stop.  But the end is different.  The end is unique.

The end of a wedding season becomes less about what is booked and more about who is booked.  Because the end of the season can be hard sometimes.

Our bodies are sore.  Our souls are tired.  Our creativity is depleting.

And that’s why, for the end of the season, you book people that truly inspire you…people that make the end just as refreshing and uplifting as the beginning…people who make the end just as fired up as much as the middle.  People who bring you everything you need…just when you need it.

Lauren and Mike were, no doubt, that couple.  And I’m ever thankful for it!

They got married during the most gorgeous Thanksgiving weekend…under a perfect Autumn sky…with complete elegance and grace.

Alongside my second shooter for the day – Simon Ribbans – we witnessed love at its best…ate food at its best…and celebrated at its best!
