Weddings these days are nothing like they used to be.  There is nothing ‘cookie cutter’ about them.  Nothing standard.  Nothing routine.  Nothing common.  Weddings are endless now in their abilities to express exactly who that couple is and what they are like.  And it makes these big days an exceptionally personal affair…entirely reflective of the two people hosting it.

When I walked away from Ashley and Andrew’s wedding, there was a hundred adjectives I could have used to describe the ten hours spent with these remarkable people; refined, elegant, classic, sophisticated, stunning or any other number of words that I could find to define their impeccable taste.  But honestly, the first word that came to mind was others.

While this couple planned a day to bring their two lives together…they focused it almost entirely around the needs of the people they love.  From making sure that their wedding party had time to rest during the hectic day…to ensuring that there was enough time to visit and spend time with everyone.

It was never about just the two of them.  It was always about other people.  And when you have hearts as radiant as these two…are you guaranteed a wedding day that shines just as bright…
