So, with my own little guy only a mere three weeks away from his first birthday, I totally get the excitement that comes along with it!  I feel like I’ve been thinking about his first birthday ever since November {because up until then, I was thinking about Halloween!}.  It will actually be a rather low key affair, but nonetheless…it’s his first birthday…the day where – up until the very hour, minute, moment – a year before, he wasn’t here yet…we weren’t parents yet.  It’s important…no matter how you roll the dice!

So when the Nasher family asked me if I could swing by their place and snap a few pictures of their own little guy on his first birthday…I was happy to oblige!  Not only was this cutie celebrating a super big day…but he was a Valentine’s baby no less!  How adorable is that?!?!  The giant party for him was the night before…so the man of the hour was a bit tuckered from all of the celebrating {it happens with age!!!} but he was a trooper, even through the brutally cold weather!
