I think most of us would agree that it’s generally easier just to do what’s “normal” or expected.  It’s easier to take the route that’s already cleared out and the path already taken.

Everything above and beyond that is often uncharted territory.

Sometimes it feels to hard to do something different.  Sometimes our bodies and souls are too tired.  But most of the time, we’re just scared of what different might look like.

I’ve learned first hand that it takes courage to step out and do things beyond your comfort zone.  Whether its something as profound of leaving a relationship or making lifestyle changes…or something more modest, like trying new foods.

That ability to step out into the unknown is one of the things I have come to adore most about Israa and Tamer; they aren’t interested in doing things a certain way…they want to do things in a way that reflects who they truly are and who they have worked so hard to become.

And there’s something for all of us to learn in that.  Because life is simply too short.  It’s too short not to make the effort…it’s too short not to be authentic…and it’s definitely too short not to get wildly dressed up for your engagement photos!!
