It’s the way they look at each other from across the room.
It’s the way her shoulders relax when he’s around and the way his smile gets bigger when she holds his hand.
It’s the way they know each other’s history and the way they witness each other’s lives.
It’s the way they laugh together and love together and live life together.
It’s the way they have friendship between them and the future ahead of them.
It’s a truly beautiful thing to be present with two people on the day of their wedding. As families come together, as friends meet for the first time, as lives are joined. There is so much to learn in that short time and what I learned from Lisa and Francis is to slow down. I learned that moments are meant to be enjoyed. That nothing is too big or too small to be truly taken in.
With that being said, let’s take a moment to slow down right now…and relive it all over again…
